These Terms of Use govern the use of the DARK PRESIDENTS NFT Minter service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
DARK PRESIDENTS NFT Minter allows users to purchase random NFTs from the collection for 2 TON each (or equivalent in LIGHT/DARK tokens). The maximum number of NFTs that a single user can purchase is limited to 8 units.
3. Payment and Transactions
All transactions are executed on the TON blockchain. Payment is made through TON Connect. After transaction confirmation, the NFT is sent to your wallet address.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee service availability at all times and are not responsible for losses related to the use of the service.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.
